The Community management is about ensuring digital communication on social networks in a company. With the rise of digital technology as a business tool of visibility in Cameroon, about 09 out of 10 companies look for a community manager every 03 months!

1. The Community management, a profession that recruits every day
Cameroonian companies (start-ups, councils, public services, religious institutions, NGOs, organizations and even individuals) need community managers to sell their company's image to Internet users all over the world. Moreover, Start-ups generally need for community management to show their products or sell their goods all over the world. 2. The Community Management, the assurance of digital career in Cameroon
In an enterprise, the community manager (also known as CM) mission is to create, lead and manage different social media of the enterprise. There exist many social media in the world. The most commonly used are LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and YouTube.
· LinkedIn is a professional job offer platform for managers, young graduates, students and even jobless. On LinkedIn, you two types of profile: personal profile and company profile. Personal profile is for those looking for jobs or managers looking for employees. Company profile is for enterprise, but to create a company profile, the company should first of all have a personal profile. · Facebook page: on Facebook, just as LinkedIn, you have personal profile for individuals and the company account (facebook page). · Website: the website is one of the best enterprise presentations. Through websites, enterprises present their companies: activities, job offer, new goods, staff, differnet representations. As a community manager, you should have good skills on web development (HTML language, JavaScipt, CSS) in order to frequently update the websites. Each enterprise, according to its activities may change information on its website per month, after three months or twice a week. · Telegram: as Whatsapp, Telegram is a social network used for instant communication. It allows you to share your services in groups and easily exchange with customers... Corporate communication on telegram is done via discussion groups. Furthermore, there are many other social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Viadéo, YouTube… used by Cameroonian companies to approach its customer. Each social media has its target audience and its objectives. That is the reason why a community manager should master social network environment.

3. The Community management, a flexible job in Cameroon
Given that community management job is a digital job, you can easily work in freelance or at full-time in an enterprise. The work of community management is not so much time consuming as traditional services. For example, most digital communication agencies look for freelancer in community manager recruitment.
